Kind of silly how this page ended up existing.

-It just kind of died. I didn’t find a real use for it.
> How much weight have you lost?
-That’s a question I cannot entirely reply to with an exact number. I haven’t been evaluating my progress through a scale but the sizes I lose. So far, I’ve lost 9 sizes, starting on January 2011. (as of 03.12.12)
> I’m X years old, I weigh X lbs and I’m Z’Z, how much weight should I lose to look good?
-I’m in no way a nutritionist so I wouldn’t be able to give you a concrete answer. The moment when you’re happy with yourself that will be when you look your finest :)

This is by far the question I get asked the most.
*Drink a lot of water. You may not be used to it but believe, you end up loving it.
*Reduce your portions - that’s right, you do NOT need to stop eating the things you love WHILE you do it in smaller quantities. I’ve been doing this and has worked marvelously.
*Keep yourself active
*Set realistic goals - you won’t lose 20 pounds in two days.
*Do NOT starve/avoid meals - your metabolism will hate you.
*Workout! - three days a week is completely fine since your body needs resting too for the best results. Challenge yourself everyday. I know, I know. It might sound horrible but when you get used to workout, it’ll become your favorite part of the day.
*Keep a food diary of what you eat. MyFitnessPal.com has worked a lot for me.
